About Membership

Membership is open to all licensed alcohol beverage retailers in the State of Missouri who meet the following requirements and are approved for admission by our executive board.

• Has been in continuous operation for at least 3 years
• Has at least one licensed location in MO
• Is in good standing with the Missouri ATC
• Agrees to membership rules and pays dues

The MLBRA board reviews all applications and admission is subject to its approval.  

• Frequent updates on state-level regulatory changes and reforms
• MLBRA advocates for its members in front of the Missouri ATC and other state level agencies.
• When appropriate, we help shape regulatory changes
• When appropriate, we advocate with one voice in front of distributors
• We share industry insights and resources
• All members displaying our logo will be known as locally owned independent retailers, as opposed to large "big box" and out-of-state retailers.

MOIBRA is organized by a board comprised of industry leaders from independent retailers throughout the state.
